Refund policy
Exchanges & Returns (excluding fine jewellery)
We accept exchanges or returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery which must be supported by a proof of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Full-price items may be returned for a full refund, exchanged, or credited to the same value.
- Discounted items may be exchanged or refunded as store credit only (12 months validity)— no cash refunds.
- No exchange, credit or refund will be accepted on special orders or gift cards.
- VAT and original shipping cost will not be refunded.
Store credit is issued by email and is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It may be used online or in store, and any unused balance remains available on the code until expiry.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the UAE please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@caravanaconceptstore.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged products
Refunds will be provided for defective goods if repair or replacement options are unavailable. Repair or exchange of the goods is limited to defects that are not caused by misuse of failure to follow care instructions; such returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
All of our collection is hand crafted by our artisans, each piece is unique and hand-made, variations in colors, visible joints or uneven surfaces are not considered faulty.
Refund process
Where a cash refund applies, all refunds of any transaction’s amount against any purchase through this website would be refunded to the original mode of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Please allow 5-7 days for the funds to appear back in your account.

Non-Refundable Policy for Fine Jewelry
Please read our non-refundable policy carefully before making your purchase.
- Non-Refundable Nature of Transactions: All sales of fine jewelry, including but not limited to rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and custom-made pieces, are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except as outlined in section 2.
- Exceptions to the Non-Refundable Policy:
- Defective or Damaged Items: In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and may provide a replacement or offer a repair option, at our discretion.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item due to an error on our part, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you, and any return shipping costs will be covered by Caravana Concept trading.
- Custom-Made Jewelry: Custom-made jewelry orders are non-refundable once the production process has begun. A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom orders, and this amount will be communicated to you before the start of the project.
- Cancellations: Once a fine jewelry or custom order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.
الاستبدال والاسترجاع (باستثناء المجوهرات الراقية)
نقبل عمليات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوماً من تاريخ استلام الطلب، بشرط تقديم إثبات الدفع. لكي يكون المنتج مؤهلاً للاسترجاع، يجب أن يكون في حالته الأصلية التي استلمته بها، غير ملبوس أو مستخدم، مع وجود الملصقات (Tags) وفي تغليفه الأصلي.

يمكن إرجاع القطع المباعة بالسعر الكامل مقابل استرداد كامل المبلغ، أو استبدالها، أو الحصول على رصيد شرائي بنفس القيمة.

أما القطع المخفضة فيمكن استبدالها أو ردّ قيمتها على شكل رصيد شرائي فقط (صالح لمدة 12 شهراً)، دون استرداد نقدي.

لا يُقبل الاستبدال أو الرصيد أو الاسترداد على الطلبات الخاصة أو بطاقات الهدايا.

لا يتم استرداد ضريبة القيمة المضافة (VAT) أو تكاليف الشحن الأصلية.

تتحمل أنت مسؤولية تكاليف الشحن المترتبة على إرجاع المنتجات. عند الإرجاع من خارج دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، يرجى كتابة عبارة "Return" (مرتجع) بوضوح على الطرد لتجنب أي تأخير أو رسوم جمركية.
يُصدر الرصيد الشرائي عبر البريد الإلكتروني ويكون صالحاً لمدة 12 شهراً من تاريخ إصداره، ويمكن استخدامه عبر الموقع أو في المتجر، كما يبقى أي رصيد غير مستخدم متاحاً على نفس الكود حتى انتهاء صلاحيته.

المنتجات المتضررة
يتم رد الأموال مقابل السلع المعيبة فقط في حال عدم توفر خيارات الإصلاح أو الاستبدال. يقتصر إصلاح السلع أو استبدالها على العيوب التصنيعية التي لم تنتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو عدم اتباع تعليمات العناية؛ ويجب إرفاق إثبات الشراء مع هذه المرتجعات. نود التنويه بأن جميع مجموعاتنا مصنوعة يدوياً من قبل حرفيينا، وكل قطعة فريدة من نوعها؛ لذا فإن التباين في الألوان، أو ظهور مفاصل الربط، أو الأسطح غير المستوية لا تُعد عيوباً مصنعية.
عملية استرداد الأموال
سيتم رد جميع المبالغ المستحقة عن أي عملية شراء عبر هذا الموقع إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية. يرجى العلم أن الأمر قد يستغرق بعض الوقت من قبل البنك أو شركة بطاقة الائتمان لمعالجة ونشر المبلغ المسترد. يرجى الانتظار لمدة 5-7 أيام لظهور الأموال في حسابك.

سياسة عدم الاسترجاع للمجوهرات الراقية
يرجى قراءة سياسة عدم الاسترجاع بعناية قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
1. طبيعة المعاملات غير القابلة للاسترداد: تعتبر جميع مبيعات المجوهرات الراقية نهائية، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الخواتم، القلائد، الأساور، الأقراط، والقطع المصنوعة حسب الطلب. نحن لا نقدم خدمة الاسترداد أو الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال لأي سبب كان، باستثناء ما هو موضح في القسم (2).
2. استثناءات سياسة عدم الاسترجاع:

القطع المعيبة أو المتضررة: في حال استلامك لقطعة معيبة أو تالفة، يجب التواصل معنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج. سنقوم بتقييم الحالة وقد نوفر بديلاً أو خياراً للإصلاح، وفقاً لتقديرنا الخاص.

الطلبات الخاطئة: إذا استلمت قطعة خاطئة بسبب خطأ من جانبنا، يرجى إخطارنا خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج. سنقوم بترتيب شحن القطعة الصحيحة لك، وستتحمل شركة Caravana Concept Trading تكاليف شحن المرتجعات.

المجوهرات المصنوعة حسب الطلب: لا يمكن استرداد قيمة طلبات المجوهرات المصنوعة حسب الطلب بمجرد بدء عملية الإنتاج. يتطلب الأمر دفع عربون غير قابل للاسترداد لجميع الطلبات الخاصة، وسيتم إبلاغك بهذا المبلغ قبل بدء المشروع.
3. الإلغاء: بمجرد تقديم طلب مجوهرات راقية أو طلب خاص، لا يمكن إلغاؤه أو تعديله. يرجى مراجعة تفاصيل طلبك بدقة قبل إتمام عملية الشراء.
